[m] for mute    [n] to enable sound  [spacebar] for jump [LMB] for action, 

Go to the puck and click to use your stick to pickup the puck.  
Hold Spacebar to jump or get up if you fell down.

Tab to cycle your primary ability

Shield ability -> Hold CLICK to Body Check 

Boomerang ability -> Hold CLICK to throw projectile

Bomb ability -> Hold CLICK to throw bomb

Stick ability -> Hold CLICK to grab the puck

Any key to get up from fallen down.
3 HP represented as circles in the bottom.

Death and penalties get you sent to the bench.
